If your result feels wrong, check the receipts first: the answers that shaped your identity are listed beside every claim, and editing your answers recompiles the identity. If it still is not right for you within 14 days of purchase, write to us and we will make it right. That means working with you to fix the problem, or a full refund if we cannot.
Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase with your order number and a sentence about what did not work. That is all that is required. We may ask a follow-up question to help us improve the product, but answering is optional and never a condition of the refund.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.
The Paraible Identity Pack is a digital product delivered as app access. Because your profiles and data live on your device and never reach us, a refund does not delete anything of yours; simply remove the app if you no longer want it.
